New city, new life, new home… new blog.  So, what’s this blog about? Well, at its core, it’s essentially about me, a 15-year marketing vet, a digital content creator, a writer (all with a pretty strong track record of success might I add), and a recent South Florida transplant searching for a new life and career journey. I’m also a wife and mother of two beautiful kids.

Are you ghosting your applicants? Why that might not be a good idea.

The hiring process is an individual’s first exposure to your business and if your processes and communications strategies are sloppy, this could have a very deleterious impact on your reputation. After all, applicants believe there’s a strong correlation between how they’re treated as candidates and how they would likely be treated on the job.

To Climb or Not to Climb – What is the right step in my journey to happiness?

It’s frustrating being in your 40s and still asking the same questions: What do I want to do with my life? What is the next step in my career journey and what would truly make me happy and fulfilled? I felt that I was more certain and closer to answering these questions in my 20s than I am now.
